1. Eligibility

One Account per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 333be account at any time. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address — is a material breach of these Terms. 333be actively monitors for duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held across them, including bonus funds and winnings, without prior notice.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1
Accurate Registration Information
When registering a 333be account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any subsequent point. If inaccurate or false information is discovered, 333be reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately and forfeit any balance held within it.
2.2
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333be login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. All activity that occurs under your 333be account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 333be immediately through the platform's customer support channels and change your password without delay.
2.3
KYC Verification
333be reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation from any account holder at any time. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete a KYC verification request within the specified time may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay, and may ultimately lead to account closure if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1

3.3
Anti-Money Laundering

Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering or fraud will be immediately suspended, relevant balances frozen, and authorities notified as required by law.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1
General Bonus Conditions
All 333be bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough), game contribution rates, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus winnings. 4.2
Bonus Abuse
333be applies a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing systematic bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting technical errors to obtain unintended bonuses, and colluding with other players to fulfil bonus requirements. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, all bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
4.3
Changes to Promotions
333be reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has opted in but before wagering requirements are complete, the outstanding requirements remain in effect within the original time frame unless 333be explicitly advises otherwise. 333be is not liable for any loss resulting from the modification or withdrawal of a promotional offer.
5. Fair Play and Game Rules
5.1
Certified RNG Technology

Technical Malfunctions

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333be platform. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct may face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without exception.
6.1
Fraud and Financial Crime
Fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment credentials, initiating chargebacks on deposits already played or withdrawn, submitting false identity documents during KYC, impersonating another person, or exploiting technical bugs to gain an unfair financial advantage is strictly prohibited. 333be cooperates fully with relevant authorities in all fraud investigations and will share player data with law enforcement where required by applicable law.
6.2
Collusion and Match Fixing

Accounts associated with collusion or match fixing will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
6.3
Abusive Behaviour
Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 333be staff, customer support agents, or other players — including through live casino chat — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. 333be maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward verbal abuse, hate speech, and discrimination of any kind on or through its platform.
7. Responsible Gaming
333be is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their activity. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods through their account settings. The self-exclusion tool allows players to voluntarily restrict their access to 333be for a defined period. Players wishing to permanently close their account may contact 333be customer support. 8. Limitation of Liability

Platform Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333be shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, data, business, profits, or opportunity. 333be's total liability to any player in connection with platform use shall not exceed the net funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.2
Force Majeure
333be shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 333be's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic conditions, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, telecommunications failure, or internet service interruptions. In such circumstances, 333be's obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
9. Amendments to These Terms
333be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes that materially affect player rights or obligations will be communicated to registered players via the platform — typically by on-platform notification or message to the registered mobile number — with reasonable notice where practicable. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without specific notification.
Your continued use of 333be after any amendment has been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept any amended version of these Terms, you must stop using the 333be platform. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the 333be platform.
